Welcome to Insights, the online flower boutique operated by Insights Flowers & Ornamental Plants Trading L.L.C, a company registered in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (Trade License No: 1585652).

By accessing or using our website, placing an order, or using any of our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our website or services.

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you place your order is the version that applies to that order.

Insights specializes in premium fresh flower arrangements, bouquets, and ornamental plants for occasions including birthdays, anniversaries, weddings, graduations, corporate events, and luxury hotel arrangements.

• B2C (retail) orders: available for delivery in Dubai and Sharjah.
• B2B (business) orders: available across all 7 emirates of the UAE — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
• Custom orders, event arrangements, and flower subscriptions can be requested through our contact channels.

Fresh flowers are natural, seasonal products. While we make every effort to supply arrangements exactly as pictured, availability of specific blooms may vary by season and stock.

Where a specific flower or material is unavailable, our florists may substitute it with an alternative of equal or greater value while preserving the overall style, color palette, and value of the arrangement. Significant changes will be communicated to you before delivery whenever possible.

Product images are for illustration. Minor variations in color, shape, and container are natural and do not constitute a defect.

All prices on our website are quoted in United Arab Emirates Dirhams (AED) and are inclusive of 5% Value Added Tax (VAT) as applicable under UAE law.

We accept the following payment methods:

• Secure online payment by debit/credit card (Visa, Mastercard) and digital wallets (Apple Pay, Google Pay) processed through our payment gateway.
• Card on Delivery (where enabled at checkout).
• Cash on Delivery (where enabled at checkout).

Prices, promotions, and delivery charges may change at any time, but changes will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

An order is confirmed only after you receive an order confirmation from us. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example where payment cannot be verified, the delivery area is not serviceable, or a product is unavailable — in such cases you will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Because fresh flowers are prepared to order, cancellations by the customer are subject to the conditions described in our Refund Policy. Please contact us as early as possible before your scheduled delivery slot if you wish to change or cancel an order.

You are responsible for providing accurate delivery information, including the recipient's name, address, and contact number. We are not liable for failed or delayed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete information.

Deliveries are made on the date and time slot selected at checkout, subject to our Shipping Policy. Same-day delivery is available for orders placed before the daily cutoff time.

When you create an account or place an order, you must provide accurate, current information and keep your credentials confidential. You agree not to misuse the website, including attempting unauthorized access, placing fraudulent orders, submitting false reviews, or using the site for any unlawful purpose.

We may suspend or terminate access for anyone who violates these terms or misuses the platform.

All content on this website — including the Insights name and logo, product photography, arrangement designs, text, and graphics — is the property of Insights Flowers & Ornamental Plants Trading L.L.C or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising out of an order is limited to the amount paid for that order. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for delays and failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control (such as extreme weather, road closures, or government restrictions).

Nothing in these terms excludes any liability that cannot be excluded under applicable UAE law.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Any dispute arising from your use of this website or our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, UAE.
