Refund Policy

Fresh flowers are perishable works of art — here is exactly how replacements, refunds, and cancellations work when something isn't right.

Our Freshness Promise

Every arrangement from Insights is prepared to order by our specialist florists using fresh, premium blooms. Because flowers are perishable, living products, they cannot be restocked or resold once prepared — which is why our refund rules differ from those of ordinary retail goods.

That said, your satisfaction is our priority. If something is genuinely wrong with your order, we will make it right with a replacement, store credit, or refund as described below.

Reporting a Problem

If you are unhappy with your order, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery so we can assess the issue while the flowers are still fresh:

  • Email us at info@insightsflorist.com or call/WhatsApp +971 55 978 5375.
  • Include your order number and clear photos of the arrangement as received.
  • Reports made more than 24 hours after delivery are handled at our discretion, since fresh flowers naturally change with time.

When You Are Eligible for a Replacement or Refund

  • The flowers arrived damaged, wilted, or in visibly poor condition.
  • The wrong arrangement or product was delivered.
  • The order was not delivered at all, or was delivered to the wrong address due to our error.
  • The order was cancelled by us (for example, an unserviceable area or unavailable product) — you receive a full refund automatically.

For valid claims we will first offer a fresh replacement delivered as soon as possible. If a replacement is not practical, we will issue a refund or store credit for the affected items.

When a Refund Is Not Available

  • Change of mind after the arrangement has been prepared or dispatched.
  • Minor variations from the website photos — flower arrangements are handcrafted and seasonal, and reasonable substitutions of equal or greater value are part of our Terms & Conditions.
  • Failed delivery caused by an incorrect address or phone number provided by the customer, or an unavailable recipient after reasonable attempts to contact them.
  • Natural wilting caused by improper care after delivery (flowers come with basic care guidance — trimming stems and refreshing water extends their life).
  • Delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control, such as extreme weather or road closures — in these cases we will coordinate a new delivery time with you.

Order Cancellations & Changes

Because arrangements are prepared fresh shortly before their delivery slot:

  • You may cancel or modify an order free of charge while it has not yet entered preparation — contact us as early as possible before your selected delivery date and time slot.
  • Once an order is being prepared or is out for delivery, it can no longer be cancelled or refunded.
  • For large event or B2B orders, cancellation terms are agreed individually and communicated at the time of booking.

How Refunds Are Processed

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (card or digital wallet) used at checkout.
  • Refunds typically appear within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • For Cash on Delivery or Card on Delivery orders, approved refunds are issued as store credit or bank transfer, as agreed with you.
  • Where only part of an order is affected, a partial refund proportional to the affected items may be issued.
