Shipping Policy

Insights delivers premium fresh flower arrangements and ornamental plants across the United Arab Emirates:

• B2C (retail) orders: delivered in Dubai and Sharjah.
• B2B (business) orders: delivered across all 7 emirates — Abu Dhabi, Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah, and Fujairah.
• Select your delivery area on the website before checkout so we can confirm availability for your location.

Choose your preferred delivery date and a 2-hour time slot at checkout. Our standard daily slots are:

• 08:00 – 10:00
• 10:00 – 12:00
• 12:00 – 14:00
• 14:00 – 16:00
• 16:00 – 18:00

Deliveries are made within the selected window. Exact timing within a slot cannot be guaranteed, but our team always aims to arrive with your flowers at their freshest.

Yes — we offer same-day delivery! To give our florists time to craft your arrangement fresh:

• Same-day orders require a lead time of at least 2 hours before the start of your chosen time slot.
• Same-day ordering closes at 17:00 (5:00 PM). Orders placed after the cutoff can be scheduled for the next day onwards.
• For guaranteed timing on special occasions, we recommend ordering a day in advance.

Our standard delivery fee is AED 50.00 — currently waived, so delivery is FREE on all orders placed through the website.

Any future changes to delivery fees will always be displayed clearly in your order summary before you pay.

Once your order is confirmed, you can follow its status — from preparation to out-for-delivery to delivered — using the Track Order page on our website with your order number. We will also reach out by phone or WhatsApp if we need anything to complete your delivery.

Fresh flowers need a hand-off! To make every delivery smooth:

• Please provide a complete, accurate address and a working phone number for the recipient.
• If the recipient is unavailable, our driver will attempt to contact them (and you) to arrange delivery — for example leaving the flowers with reception, security, or a family member if you approve.
• If delivery fails because of an incorrect address or an unreachable recipient, a re-delivery may incur an additional fee, and refunds are not available for the perished flowers as per our Refund Policy.
• If you selected Anonymous Delivery, we will coordinate the delivery without revealing your identity to the recipient.

Sending flowers as a surprise? Add your gift message at checkout and choose Anonymous Delivery if you'd like to stay a mystery. We recommend still providing the recipient's correct phone number — our drivers use it only to complete the delivery, not to spoil the surprise.

In rare cases, deliveries may be delayed by circumstances beyond our reasonable control — extreme weather, major road closures, or public event restrictions. If your delivery is affected, we will contact you promptly to reschedule or coordinate an alternative, keeping your flowers in fresh storage in the meantime.
